Overview:-
Jaipur, popularly known as Pink City, is the capital of the Indian state of Rajasthan. Jaipur is a very famous tourist and education destination in India.Lots of people flock to Jaipur to view the various forts and monuments in Jaipur which reflect its glorious past.

Hawa Mahal:-

Hawa Mahal stands upright as the entrance to the City Palace, Jaipur. An important landmark in the city, Hawa Mahal is an epitome of the Rajputana architecture. The splendid five-storey “Palace of the Winds” is a blend of beauty and splendor much close to Rajasthan’s culture. The pyramid shape of this ancient monument is a tourist attraction having 953 small windows.

Jal Mahal:-
Jal Mahal Palace (translated as Water Palace) of Jaipur is an extremely romantic place with its red sandstone intricate architecture casting beautiful reflections in the calm waters of the Man Sagar Lake, full of hyacinths. Surrounded by Nahargarh Hills, Jal Mahal is known for its majestic architecture and sophisticated design. It is very well-preserved and provides a picturesque view from Nahargarh Fort. The first four floors of Jal Mahal is under water and only the top floor is above the water level. The lake eco system is a favorite home.

Chandra Mahal:-
The seven storied 'Chandra Mahal', or the Moon Palace is one of the highlights of the City Palace tour. Each of Chandra Mahal' seven floors has a distinctive name and a trait. The ground and first floor of the Chandra Mahal house the "The Maharaja Sawai Man Singh II Museum". It has an extensive collection of art, carpets, enamelware, costumes, paintings and 15th century weapons.
'Sukh Nivas' or Hall of Rest on the next floors comprises the drawing and dining room of the Maharaja. They are lavishly furnished with Mughal miniatures, European silver, glass dining tables and peep holes decorated with gold leafs, for ventilation.
On the fourth floor is Shobha Niwas; adorned with hundreds of colored mirrors that produce a stunning effect when the light falls on them. The fifth floor is the 'Chhavi Nivas' or Hall of Images, the royal retreat during the monsoons. It has blue and white painted walls and a polished floor made of eggshell stucco. The sixth floor with its mirrored ceiling and stucco floor has rows of double columns which offer commanding views of the rugged hills and the surrounding city. The Mukut Mandir or temple, on the top of the palace, is the crowning glory of the Chandra Mahal.

Jantar Mantar:-
Jantar Mantar presents the observatories through a variety of media and information sources, making it possible to explore and learn about these historic sites through interactive panoramic "VR" photographs, time lapse sequences, and 3D models as well as articles, drawings, and historic texts. It is a comprehensive resource for exploring the observatories in depth.

Ooty
Overview:-
An important and Interesting Tourist spot of Tamilnadu. This place is also a place of visit in the summer season for its chill climate. Udagamandalam-Ooty in short is called as the “Queen of Hills”. It is located at the tri junction of Tamilnadu, kerala and Karnataka.

Coonoor Sim's Park:-
There are beautiful terrace with colorful flower beds, lawns and rockeries inside this park. Most of the plants here are exotic and introduced from almost all the countries. There are rare economic trees like Rudraksh ( bead tree ), Cinnamomum etc and graceful trees like Araucaria, Quercus, Phoenix, Magnolia, Pine, Turpentine, Tree ferns, Camellia etc.

Pykara:-
This is the name of a river in this district. It is believed to be the largest in the place. The old Tribals called Todas Believed this River as a Holy one and they were worshipping this river in days of yore.

Botanical Garden:-
This garden is home to several rare species of trees such as the cork tree and this one is only one in of its kind in India. There is one monkey puzzle tree ( because monkey can't climb it ) and a paper bark tree. There is also a fossil tree trunk displayed which is from 20 million years old. Trees carried by rivers and deposited in inland lakes were transformed with replacement of the woody mater by silica to give rise to fossil tree trunk.

Ooty Boat House Lake:-
One can get a first glimpse of this beautiful lake and surrounding hills from the toy train just before arriving at Ooty station. One can see Children park before reaching this place. Other than boating there is a Vegetarian restaurant, 3D simulation theater, Tora tora, Children amusement, Gift shop, floating snack bar, mini train, chat corner, dashing car ride, 3D video games, Nilgiri product shop, Nursery etc.

Coonoor:-
On the way to Ooty from Mettupalayam this small beautiful Coonoor town comes. This small town has many parks and beautiful tea garden to spend some time around.
